Having worked as a journalist in the UK for almost two decades, first on regional newspapers and then magazines, I’ve developed a huge passion for all things local and uncovering hidden gems right on the doorstep.
On a personal level, I have always been fascinated by the work and passion that goes into making wine and how it has the ability to make food – and life – taste better.
After deciding to learn more about this thriving industry through the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET), I am now WSET Level 3 qualified.
This website is a marriage of both my personal and professional passions. I hope it inspires you to discover more about wine, particularly that made in England and Wales.
